Supply Chain

Warehouse Management Bin-level precision, mobile-first.

A WMS that runs the warehouse the way it actually works — RF guns and tablets, bin-level locations, wave picking, real-time stock movements — all natively connected to inventory, procurement, and POS.

A warehouse is a physical place with constraints — aisles, racks, bins, doors, dock doors, vehicles. The system has to work the way the warehouse works: handheld scanners, voice picking where appropriate, tablets at packing stations, real-time updates as stock moves between locations.

Retail ViVA WMS is built for that physical reality. It runs natively on Android RF devices, supports voice and barcode workflows, handles wave and zone picking, and stays in lockstep with the inventory the rest of the platform sees.

Capabilities

What Warehouse Management does for you.

01

Bin-level location management

Track stock by warehouse, zone, aisle, rack, shelf, bin. Configurable hierarchy per warehouse. Mobile workflows for putaway, replenishment, and counting.

02

Receiving workflows

PO-driven receiving with discrepancy handling, blind receipts where needed, cross-dock for fast-moving SKUs, quality-hold workflow for inspection.

03

Picking strategies

Wave, zone, batch, single-order picking. Pick-by-voice and pick-by-light supported. Pick-path optimisation reduces walking time.

04

Packing and shipping

Carton optimisation, packing-station workflow, multi-carrier shipping integration with rate-shopping and label printing.

05

Cycle counting

ABC-tier-driven count frequency, mobile-driven counts, variance analysis, automatic adjustments with audit trail.

06

Returns processing

Inbound returns workflow, condition assessment, putaway to sellable or quarantine, refund triggers to Finance and the customer.

Integrated, not integrated.

This module is not "integrated" with the rest of Retail ViVA — it is the rest of Retail ViVA, expressed at one functional surface.

That means data flows in and out without configuration, without API contracts, and without the failure modes that come from stitching software together.
