Are all 26 modules really included in the Growth and Enterprise plans?

Yes. Retail ViVA is one product. We do not unlock modules at higher tiers because they are already integrated — that would defeat the architectural point.

How does pricing scale with store count?

The subscription is anchored to active stores and transaction volume. We size the plan to your current footprint and let you grow without renegotiation pain. Adding stores is a configuration change, not a contract event.

What does implementation actually cost?

Standard onboarding is bundled in Growth and Enterprise. Heavily customised deployments with bespoke integrations or data migrations are quoted separately, but always transparently — you see the scope and the price before you commit.

Can we start with a few modules and add the rest later?

You can. But we usually push back, because the value of Retail ViVA is in the integration. A POS without inventory, or HR without payroll, is just a tool — we already have those. The platform value compounds when modules talk to each other.

Is there a contract minimum?

Standard term is 36 months for Growth and 60 months for Enterprise. We do this because retail ERPs are infrastructure, not experiments — and a year is not enough time to see the operating impact of integration.
